 Terms & Conditions - A minimum deposit of £50 is required when ordering wedding cakes with the full balance expected 28 days before the wedding date.
- Failure to pay the full balance for your wedding cake will result in your order not being processed.
- When ordering novelty cakes with the full payment due on collection/delivery.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your order for any reason you will be liable for any work that has been started on your order. This includes any special items ordered for your cake.
- We accept cash or cheque for cake payments. Please note if paying by cheque we require notice and we will need the cheque to clear before the cake can be delivered/collected.
- If you hire out our cake stands / knives or cake seperators deposits will be expected depending on what you hire.
- Return of all items are expected in the next 2 days after your wedding date.
- All hire costs are provided on requests.
- All cakes may contain nuts/nut traces
- All fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan unless requested to change this.
- All our cake designs are personal and individual to every customer and although we endeavour to recreate a design they are homemade and therefore will not be exactly the same as photographed online.
- All delivery charges are provided on request.
- Once your cake has been delivered or collected we cannot be held responsible for any interference with the completed cake. We are no longer responsible for your cake once delivered/collected.
